A science lab is a workplace for the conduct of scientific research. It helps students to remember the concepts better and to transfer the experience to real-life situations. It is a facility that provides controlled conditions in which scientific research, experiments and measurements may be performed. One of the primary objectives of a science lab is to foster curiosity and promote investigation. This objective focuses on encouraging students or researchers to explore various scientific phenomena, ask questions, and seek answers through systematic experiments.

KENDRIYA VIDYALAYA BIOP KIRANDUL Has intricately designed BIOLOGY lab planned to meet the demands of the advancement in science and technology our school boasts of a highly equipped and well stocked bio lab .Lab provides the student with all sort of facilities and it is quite spacious. We have lab apparatus ranging from simple slides,test tube,beaker ,petridish ,flask ,simple microscope Compound microscope of varying power to observe minute organisms. The ratio of microscopes per student is fairly high. The lab has a variety of apparatus ,and sufficient necessary assets and charts,model ,permanent slides and specimens of both plant and animal , human skeleton meant for demonstration. Lab Has proper supply of water and proper sitting arrangement for students Lab is well supplied with chemicals to carry out Experiment, through Experiment students are able to gain firsthand knowledge and appreciate various concepts of biology. “LEARNING BY DOING .” Being the motto of our school.
